It has ben designed and manufactured to mould and pack(on the side only) fresh minced meat hamburger without bones(with optimum temperature at 4℃), in particular for products such as :
--minced meat without bones
--fish
--mixture of fresh foodstuff
The standard machine is used to mould hamburgers whose weight can be adjusted by means of suitable mechanic device. The height can be adjusted between min.8mm and max.20 mm.
The output is 2100 pieces per hour.
Upon request, the machine can be equipped with optional moulding rollers with different mould shape.
The machine can be used only by skilled personnel who know the content of this manual.
USE ENVIRONMENT
The Automatic hamburger moulding machine is provided to work in environments complying with hygiene and disinfection norms.
